Provide option to re-use or not re-use OIDC access tokens when connecting to multiple AF systems using PI System Explorer

At the moment, PI System Explorer defaults to re-using OIDC access tokens when connecting between AF systems.

For customer systems where there are multiple independent AIM servers for different AF systems (potentially because of different countries or different environments to different CONNECT tenants), PI System Explorer will fail to authenticate and will fall back to Windows authentication as a result of the re-use of access tokens.

It would be useful to be able to specify whether PI System Explorer re-uses the access token or prompts to authenticate again.
