Standardize the installation process to allow all AVEVA software to be installed in a custom location.

The "Recommended Disk Configuration for the PI Data Archive" article indicates that it is best to keep all non-OS software off the System disk. A few of the newer installations do not allow you to define the location. e.g. Connect to PI Adapter & PI OPC UA Server (Common Data Services).
