PI System Management Tools SNMP Plug-in Initial Request to SNMP Devices

When using the PI System Management Tools SNMP Plug-in to create an Agent attempting to validate the agent configuration fails due to PI SMT sending the username specified in the SNMPv3 tab instead of sending <MISSING> or initial in the username field on the initial connection to the SNMP device. When the initial packet is sent with the username in the msgUserName parameter the packets look to be getting dropped by the SNMP device because it is expecting to get <MISSING> or initial for the username.

It has been observed while taking Wireshark traces to capture the network traffic on the same server that when using the PI Interface for SNMP and a third-party tool the initial packet sends <MISSING> or initial in the msgUserName parameter for the SNMP protocol, which differs to how the PI SMT SNMP Plug-in sends the initial request. It will instead send the username in the initial request and not receiving any response from the SNMP device afterwards.

Looking to see if it's possible to adjust how the PI SMT Plug-in sends the initial request to match how the PI Interface for SNMP sends the initial request to the SNMP devices.
