Option to Pin side pane so it is always visible (To always see folders)

Add the ability to pin the side pane (that shows the folders where displays are sorted) so it is visible when any PI Vision display is open. It would make navigating from one page to the next easier. Right now, an extra click is needed to go back to the "home page" where that side pane is visible and the next display can be chosen.
