Click and Drag to Pan the PI Vision main application window

For large dashboards, users often want to zoom into particular sections and then have the ability to easily pan up/down/left/right. Request is for the ability to click/drag to "grab" the display to pan in any direction (similar to what was available in Processbook, or Adobe PDF files). You can currently go up/down with the mouse wheel. Perhaps if you just enable the keyboard arrows to do panning?

    A "hand tool" would be great! Its hard to search for the scroll bar every time you want to navigate over your system's displays (specially the big ones)!

    PLEASE!!! The user experience of having to grab the scroll bar at the bottom atrocious!
