Disable display export

Starting with 2016 R2 data from displays can be exported to a file. It could be useful to be able to toggle this functionality so that an administrator could configure whether display data could be exported to file.

    Within GMP environment, the data integrity must be ensured at all times. The only true data record resides in the PI Data Archive. PI Vision allows visualization of the data in a controlled way. displays we can validate on correctness and completeness. When the end user with PI Vision Explorer role is allowed to export the data, there is no more control over the correctness, completeness and destination of the 'exported' record. Please provide enable/disable option of this Export functionality for the PI Vision Explorer role. This might be a true added value to have this protected in a publisher role or a new 'migrator' role only. At all times we have to protect the true original record in the data archive for uncontrolled copy by the end user.
