Add descriptions to error symbols on the configuration page

On the PI Vision administration page → Configuration → PI Vision Database, the symbols beside "SQL Server" and "Database" do not have a description. Please add descriptions for these, either in plain sight or as a tooltip. Clicking on "Save" shows an error message, but that is for the save failing, not the errors that occurred when the user first visited the page. To get my screenshot, I specified the "SQL Server" and "Database" correctly but did not have permission to log into the PI Vision database.
