Allow the import folder to be changed without re-importing displays

Allow administrators to update the Folder attribute to an import folder. Customer Issue: If the name of a file server is changed or the path to a share is modified, then the import folder must be re-added through import folder management and the displays must be re-imported. Workaround: If the name of the fileserver is changed, a DNS alias can be used to point to the new location. Note: This was previously Enhancement 117010.

This would have been nice during a recent server migration. Re-importing the displays seems to have reset the security of our 1300 displays, which then needed to have the security manually updated. Additionally, it would have been nice if there a tool to set security in bulk, as 600 of the 1300 needed the same security settings.
