Set the order of the root import folders when more than one root folder is defined

Customer Issue: Import folders are listed in the order they are added which makes it difficult to sort them if more folders need to be included later. Enhancement Request: Allow administrators to set the import folder order. Workaround: If possible, include the import folders under the same root folder subfolders of an import directory are displayed in alphabetical order. Another method is to add the import fodlers in the order you want the import folders to be listed in the Home page. Note: This was previously Enhancement 117008.
