Trend: Ability to see long-term trace to put current trace in context

As a PI Vision user, I want to be able to see a trend's trace in context with how the trace is trending over a larger time range. This could be visualized with a smaller trace above the trend that shows the trace over a larger time range, with the section highlighted that corresponds to time range of the main trend. This highlighted section should be able to be dragged forward or backward in times and should be able to be expanded or shrunk using handles. See attached image for an example.

    With PI Vision 2020, you can now have displays with trend symbols that have multiple time ranges, allowing you to view a short time range and longer time range on the same display.
