Add ability to search for AF Identities to share displays with

Instead of a scrolling list of checkboxes, it would be helpful to be able to search for specific AF Identities to share displays with.

    With PI Vision 2020, there is now a filter box in the Display Access settings that allows you to search for specific AF Identities.     additionally the scrollpane should resize correctly (adapt css)
