Enhanced Visibility of AF Limits

You have the ability to add 'limits' to an attribute in PI AF. These limits include Max, Min, Hi, Lo and Target, and can be used on a number of PI Vision symbols such as Value to display the deviation from the target as a value or percentage. They can also be used in Multi States, and can manually be added to Trends.

It would be great if there Limits could be incorporated into other symbols, namely the Gauge and Bar symbols. The Limits could be used on a Gauge symbol to show the 'bands' in which the acceptable range is, to give indication before you go out of range and show how close to the edge of the limits you are. It could be used similarly on Bar symbols to show by how much you are between the limits.

Finally it would be nice if the limits could link automatically with a trend, rather than having to be added manually, but this is not critical.

See attached screenshots for some examples and symbols I have been able to create manualy in PI Vision by overlapping multiple symbols.

Can this also be applied to bar charts? A little symbol on the gauge or bar chart to show where a limit is (much like some modern DCS systems do). Can we also link the limits to a trends upper and lower ranges, much the same as you would drag and drop a point for the multi-state link.
