Display attribute and tag description in Asset pane

When holding the cursor over an attribute or a tag in the Asset pane, not only the AF hierarchy should be shown but also the description text as it is in PI Coresight 2014.

    Data item descriptions are included in the tooltip of search results so that they are visible by hovering over a data item in the search pane. This functionality was added in PI Coresight 2016 R2.

      The same goes for when holding the cursor over an attribute or tag name in a trend or ad-hoc display.

      I repeat, the description should also be shown when hovering over an attribute or tag name in a trend or ad-hoc display. Regards, Tomas
