Show the AF databases used by Pi Vision displays so users can verify that Displays will not break in case they need to delete or rename AF databases

      Customer would like to easily identify PI Vision displays with references to AF.

      They are working to deploy AF in an HA configuration but until then, they have 4 separate AF Servers with the same configuration. They need to understand when a display references AF because they need to make 4 copies of the display and edit the AF Server references before the display can be published from their test to their production environment.
