Add "Sequence of Events" Symbol Type

Add a table symbol which consists of the following 3 columns: Tag Name Tag Value Tag Timestamp (default sort on this column, ascending order) This table would consist of a set of tags over a specified time range. The purpose of this "Sequence of Events" table is for users to analyze the root cause and order of events that took place for a set of equipment. Typically your symbols in PI Vision and the way Datalink works is that each tag is separated into a separate column or row. The key feature here is to merge the tags into one column such that the ordering of which tag changed when (typically done with Digital State tags) is easily seen. Event frames do not fit this functionality because the trigger is unknown, that is what the users are looking for.
