AFTable data in Coresight

Allow AFTable data to be used in a Coresight display symbol. Currently there is no way to navigate to AFTable instances in the navigation pane of Coresight. It would be useful to expose these object types and allow custom Coresight symbols to consume their data. It would also be beneficial to expose a function in the webServices service so that this data can be retrieved programmatically. Currently, this is only possible by directly querying the PI Web API for this data via an $http call.

    attributes can be configured to display certain values obtained from a table saved in the asset framework, and these values are sometimes necessary to show in the display.
