XY Plot: support to add attributes in time range

By adding the ability to accept an attribute in the time range settings in the XY Plot object, the screen could be updated faster than with the fixed time range. Points with a value of "No data" would also be avoided, when the fixed time range is greater than the one you want to plot.

    With this feature, when you have compressors or pumps with different sizes and need to prepare a screen with performance test curves (with flow table and polynomial coefficients in PIAF), you can use only one screen for all compressors or pumps, regardless of the flow range. Without this, you need to prepare different screens in function of flow range, otherwise, you must indicate the maximum time range, displaying the "no data" for flow rates that do not apply, as you can see in the attached file.
