Use PI AF substitution syntax for naming of elements on a display.

With the new Collections feature in PI Vision it will be critical to keep the names of our elements to a few characters as it will pull the name from its element. It would be a great feature to allow the use of AF substitution logic so that I can use an Attribute within the element as a short name which will keep the visual in PI Vision tidy.

    I'm not sure i see this as a problem. The Element name is not used anywhere in the visual part of the collection...?
