Event Comparison: Add ability to set time range / end time (X-axis)

Sometimes there are very long event frames in the event comparison and it would be nice to be able to set the width of the x-axis to cut these event frames off at a certain duration. It's inconvenient to have to manually exclude them, and sometimes one still wants to look at long and short event frames in the same display.

    ability to change the time scale and or zoom in on a specific time within the event

    This would be very useful for me. PI Batch had full control of the X-axis, even use the start and end times of the event with relative to start and endtime Starttime - 1h , Starttme+ 1h I used this frequently in PI batch and havent used Vision yet because of its lack of features. Thanks

    Ability to specify the unit in hours or days etc.
