When you put multiple attributes from different events on the same overlay trend, would you assign colors by events or by attributes?

Hi Victor, i suggest it should be possible to configure the behavior. i would personally assign color by attribute and distinguish the batches by line style and or line weight. but others might prefer to distinguish by color. this configuration should be possible on display level. there should also be other possibilities for overlay trend like, arrange them free on the display, add multiple y-scales and configure these scales flexible.

Would there be a chance to get this (i think technically easy to develop) enhancement. especially after end of life for Processbook, it's important Processbooks functionalities in PI Vision.

I'd be really keen to have this functionality, we're looking to compare multiple event frames alongside static vendor curve data on a vision xy plot but can't find a way to achieve this natively in Vision

Hi caffreys_col, Would you be able to further explain the request you're looking for? Perhaps with screenshots or in-depth explanation? Any help you can provide would be appreciate! Regards, Ellery

The ability to overlay batches within Processbook using PI Batchview is critical to our continued focus on process improvement. Having something similar within PI Vision for event frames would allow us to transition from PI Batch to Event frames. With the phasing out of Processbook in the next couple of years replicating this type of view capability is essential for our site.
