Add favorite displays on PI Vision mobile site

Enhancement Request: Allow all PI Vision users, phone/tablet/desktop, to access and set Favorite displays. Customer Issue: The mobile site allows you to pull up recently viewed displays and search for displays, but you do not have direct access to your favorite displays marked on the desktop/tablet Home page. Note: This was previously Enhancement 113856.

    An option for this would be to update the mobile PIVision landing page basically two panels (side by side for sideways device, top/bottom for upright orientation) one each of folder structure and displays in that folder.

    It would be nice to have this feature as not all our users remember a display name and it would be easier for them to locate their own individual displays as well.

    Yes, often get complained to regarding this (and difficulty accessing displays in general) on mobile interface
