PI Vision install kit should include AF Client 2017 SP2

The PI Vision 2017 install kit includes an older version of PI AF Client (2.9.0.8065). There should be a new PI Vision install kit that includes the latest PI AF client 2017 SP2 (2.9.2.8185) that fixes some issues that was found in the older version. This would simplify installation steps.

    PI Vision 2017 R2 and PI Vision 2017 R2 SP1 have been released which include updated versions of AF Client.
