Coresight SQL database collation handling

Coresight SQL database explicitly specifies SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation for some of the string columns. The system collation should be used instead.

    This has also not been consistently applied across character columns within tables. Should be fixed/removed as a matter of urgency. This is very poor T-SQL coding and schema design practice.
