Default tag values for tour runs in PI Manual Logger Web

In Manual Logger PC, it has the feature "Default current tag value to last entered value", but it does not apply to Manual Logger Web. We want this feature in Manual Logger Web. We are using Ipad and other touch screen devices to enter data from Manual Logger Web. If the tour can be filled with some default value, it makes it easier to input data on those devices.
