Add the ability to only allow data entry users to change the date, but not time, for Manual Logger Web tours

Customer wants to have an option to enter all tags at midnight, without having the user to select the time, therefore user only select the data and the time default to midnight (they can modify if required but it should always default to midnight).

    My request would be very similar except to allow the tour creator to specify the time stamp used. In my case that would be 6 a.m., but the flexibility to set this per tour would be very helpful.
