Support for Active Directory groups in PI Manual Logger PC Client

PI Manual Logger Web PC Client does not support AD groups currently. SQL Server and PI Identities that need to be setup support AD groups. The same AD groups should be used for Tour access so it is a cleaner way to manage routes (typically using IT Desk at companies) rather than manually adding and removing users on the PC Client.

    I would like to map Active Directory groups to PI Manual Logger groups.
