Option to cache values based on time range instead of # of Values

Currently when configuring how many cached values to store in the PIML Windows SQL database, you select a "Number of Values".  It would be nice if you could select a time range (e.g. 'The last 7 days') to preserve cached values as well. This would mean that trend previews in PIML Web have a consistent time scale, so that users do not have to constantly re-orient themselves to each trend's time range.
