Add support for tour option 'Barcode, if assigned, must be scanned or manually entered before data entry is allowed' In PIML Mobile 2012, it can be required that users scan or enter a barcode for any tag or tag group that has a barcode association before they can access the Data Entry window. This features is not currently present in PIML Web, so users that require this feature are unable to migrate from PIML Mobile to PIML Web.

    Just to reiterate; We need the ability to 'require' only scanning of Barcode, QR Code or RFID tag for the specific tag in a tour.. Or the option to allow keyboard input.
