PIML Web: New Tour Run button

In PIML Web, when I select a Tour from the Tour List, the page seems to soft refresh and load the tour page again and brings the page to the top. I then have to scroll back down to the bottom to select New Tour Run. It would be helpful to either move the New Tour Run button to the top of the page or have it scroll with you. This is a large inconvenience to my operators using iPads with large tour lists where they experience below freezing temperatures in the field and any improvement to efficiency would be greatly beneficial to them.
