Improve Barcode navigation

Allow PIML to navigate by barcode. Currently you have to be on the correct tag in the route to enter a barcode scan. The idea is to have barcode scanning to move around the route, this would allow the operator to go to a plant item with a barcode, scan it, and then PIML to navigate to that tag and allow data entry within that tag without having to step through each point on the route until you are at the correct tag.

This idea is good and we should look at this a step further. In PIML WEB, we need the ability from the PMIL Web Home screen to select a option scan a barcode to start a tour, instead of displaying all the tours. For example if the PIML Web home page is influenced by the a user or group profile that says don't list available tours when they connect. Then select an option on the home page to scan a barcode, qrcode or rfid tag to start the tour.
