Enable editing of default time ranges at bottom of screen

Currently PI Vision has a standard time range sitting at the bottom of the displays. 1h,8h,1day,1mo. Usually set to 8h. Typical operations that operate 24/7 have shifts that last 12 hours (typical for the mining industry). I think these should be editable defaults and as a minimum include 12h's as a default instead of 8h.

The issue that arises from this is you can set the time range for trends to be 12h by default, but when using the global time scale changes at the bottom, the trends dont update, losing the functionality.
