Add the function/calcultion of "Moving Average" for PI Tags

The ability to create an average calculation is within PI Vision, but it doesnt do moving average. You can set custom timing intervals (eg. every 5 min etc.) but what about a 5 min moving average that has a continuou data points for a trend.

A work around current is to set up a PI AF calculation and map it to a new PI tag which is really inefficent and a waste of tags.
