Update and redirect the "Give us feedback" link under "Help"

In the top right corner of PI Vision, there is a circled question mark whose tooltip labels it as "Help". If you click on it and hover over "Give us feedback", you will see that the link associated with it is for the old feedback website. The link will redirect to the new feedback website, but, unlike before the switch to the new feedback website, it will not take you straight to the PI Vision ideas.

A similar thing can be said about all PI products that have a feedback link, but the issue with PI Vision is that the latest version (2022) was released shortly before the switch to the new feedback website, meaning that for most of PI Vision 2022's life, the feedback link will not work as intended.

To solve this issue, please update the link for the next version of PI Vision, and to work around the issue until the release of the next version of PI Vision, please redirect the current "Give us feedback" link to the PI Vision ideas on the new feedback website. Similar redirects can also be done for the feedback links in other PI products.
