Adjust Font size for PI Vision UI

As a PI Vision user, I would like to be able to adjust the font size of text in each part of the PI Vision UI (Asset pane, Search pane, Configuration pane, etc.) for better readability with larger resolution screens. The ability to save a different font size for each user would also be useful.

Currently, users are using the browser scale option to adjust how large the text appears but this also changes the size of all of the UI components. We want to be able to increase the font size without affecting other parts of the UI.
