Allow Collection Criteria > Asset Type > Asset Attribute filter for PI Tag values in addition to AF Attribute Values

When using the Collection Criteria > Asset Type > Asset Attribute filter, the value the user can enter for a non-enumeration/Boolean data type seems to be based off a static Attribute Value from AF, but I would like to be able for the value to be filtered based off of the value of a PI tag if the attribute is populated with a dynamic PI Tag value or Analysis instead of a static attribute value.

Example: I have a generator attribute called "PMax" that has a static maximum value of 20 MW and it's set in AF as the Attribute Value. I have another attribute "Current Output" that is defined in AF with a PI Tag in the Attribute Configuration String.

I would like to be able to edit the Collection Criteria on a PI Vision display to have me show only generators with Current Output > 10 MW. To my knowledge, I could only filter for generators based on their PMax but not their Current Output based upon how the values are populated in AF. Same goes for Analyses. The outputs of analyses are dynamic and attributes populated from analyses cannot be used for the filtering criteria.

This is also a feature we would like to see. You could build monitoring displays and only see the elements that have a certain state/value at the current time.

E.g.: - Show all wind turbines in the collection that are currently ON and producing electricity.

    - Or show all pumps where the current consumption is greater than 0 amps.

In our case we have built traffic lights for energy monitoring of the plants in the refinery. We would simply show all the traffic lights in the collection that are currently red. The green ones are of no interest.
