When upgrading PI Vision, custom settings for the PI Vision app pools should be preserved.

As a PI System Administrator, I would like the custom settings for the PI Vision app pools to be preserved while upgrading PI Vision so that these settings do not have to be reconfigured after an upgrade. Currently, upgrading PI Vision resets custom app pool settings to the Application Pool Defaults.
