Allow manual table column entries for notes or value limits.

I have many tables to monitor a variety of values (flows, pressures, temps, etc.) and most of them have process limits. I would like to add a table column to manually type a note or limit in the same row as my tag value. The feature could be extended to provide descriptions on gauges and trends within my display.

A similar feature would be implementing multi-line text boxes that could capture my notes. Like this text box.
