Enlarge toolbar option when viewing on larger screen (TV screen)

Our use case is that when in centralized meeting rooms, our users like to share displays on TV screens so the entire group is able to see while trending data etc on displays. The zoom option only focuses on the display not the being able to make the toolbar itself, containing trend and other options, any larger where the users are able to see from a distance.
