Cannot use dd-MMM-yyyy format for PI Vision displays

When accessing numerous PI Vision servers in multiple time zones, it can be confusing which date format is being used.

PI Vision default is to use the client browser settings for date/time format, but can also be set for all users in .Net globalization settings in IIS. Both options only display the date as dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy - neither allows for dd-mmm-yyyy (or mmm-dd-yyyy).

    when you have a global organisation that uses multiple and conflicting date formats (language settings in browser and OS speak), it can be confusing with the all-numeric formats which one you are looking at.
