Adding several Events Id in the URL to open display for a direct batch comparison

It could be useful to open the Batch Comparison display with a list of batches (Unit Procedures or lower level) directly. This list would come from the result of a query inside a third part tool, like a MES. In the PI Vision URL, it could be a concatenation of Event IDs on this model: https://[myPIVisionServer]/PIVision/#/EventDetails?server=[MyAFServer]&eventid=[EventID#1]&eventid=[EventID#2]
