Be able to choose custom format for plots in displays directly in the PI Processbook to PI Vision Migration Utility

When migrating displays, plots display the tag names by default. Setting the "Legend" option under "Custom Format" solves it, but you need to do it manually, one by one.

It would be very useful to be able to choose plots' formatting during the migration so you can apply that to as many displays as you need.
