Navigation sparkline time bar on a trend

Add navigation time bar to the trend symbol: this symbol will have 2 sections. One section is the usual trend with configured time range (ex. 8 hours), another section is a navigation time bar showing 1 year data in sparkline and also highlighting the time range from the usual trend section.
