Allow to set individual min-max when in multiscale on trend symbol

In Pi Processbook, it was possible to adjust the min/max for each tag even in multiscale mode.

In PI Vision, it is not possible and our users require it.

    Hi Jerome - as Jennifer mentions (thanks!), in order to set custom limits for a trend with multiple scales, see the Scale Range in the Trace Options step. Here is more information in documentation: https://docs.aveva.com/bundle/pi-vision/page/1009717.html

    If you scroll all the way to the bottom under Trace options/Scale range there is a pull-down menu that is defaulted to "Default to trend settings", choose the second option to "Set limits for this trace" and you can set individual limits for each trend.
