Allow to extend the number of events that XY symbol can handle

We regularly have to analyze data over 3 months, sampling data at a 5min rate.

It requires : 93 days * 24 hours * 12 events/min = 26784 events

So we would need to be able to adjust the limit that the symbol handles to at least 30000 whereas it is blocked at 10000 actually.

The ideal would be to get this parameter adjustable at the server level.
