Automated Backups of PI Vision Displays

I've seen a few requests similar to this one but wanted to submit this with a little more specific info. I am aware of the ability to script the backup/exports of PI Vision displays using the PI Vision API and Powershell for example, but as i understand it in order to restore/import the displays that must be scripted as well. Seems like would be better to setup a scheduled task somewhere within PI Vision (on one of the Admin pages for example) that could automate the backup/export of PI Vision displays to a directory or file share using the pdix format. Then when necessary could either restore/import the displays using the PI Vision API or better yet using the PI Vision Display Utility. Not all users can use the scripted methods for the import/export so would be a lot more user friendly to configure the scheduled display backups in the PI Vision web UI then use the PI Vision Display utility to restore the necessary displays.
