Select Vision Asset by WebId

When accessing a PI Vision display for a specific PI AF element, in addition to the "asset" URL parameter, it would be beneficial for some applicatons to select the PI AF asset by it's WebId, or other unique identifier. That would allow a unique URL to a specific asset in the display, even if the asset is renamed or moved to another location in the PI AF hierarchy.
