Self-Heal PI Vision post-SQL outage

When the SQL Server (or listener / AG) are unavailable and restored, PI Vision does not recognize that the database is available / connectable again. This requires restarting PI Vision after a SQL outage to ensure the application is usable again. This should not be required.


There is no fundamental difference between a SQL outage and a transient network event (to cause the SQL Server to be unreachable) and should be treated as such. If the SQL server is reachable, then PI Vision should have no issues connecting to the service without requiring a restart.
