Y axis scale should be updated automatically according to the range of data that a tag has.

We come across this case wherein y-axis is changing enough according to the type of the data that a tag has but it doesn't for tag(s) with String type (just a graph with time in X-axis - Not XY plot)?". Moreover it was found that it was working other tools but not in PI Vision.

It will be beneficial for the customers if this can be fixed in long term.
