Improve PI Vision performance by implementing failover for PI Collectives

End users are experiencing performance issues with PI Vision. The company has a PI Collective in place, but when the primary is getting overloaded, PI Vision does not have a way to fail over to a secondary member that might be more available. The perceived slowness of PI Vision in these cases is a barrier to adoption. The PI Support team notes that the ProcessBook experience was better in this case, as each instance of the application could be connected to a different collective member if the first connection is not successful.
