Enable zoom out for non-touch screens in Event Details

As stated in the documentation, I can pan, zoom in, and revert in Event Details display, but I can only zoom out when using a touch screen. This is also in the documentation: "If you are using a touch-sensitive device, stretch two fingers apart to zoom in. Pinch two fingers together to zoom out."

Sometimes, it is good to zoom out to a wider time range when investigating an event frame to see what happened before and after in a larger time context, but this is only possible on touch sensitive screens. Please add a way for users on non-touch screens to access zoom out in the Event Details trend.
